The market lost over 200 points today. I spoke to two of my clients who wanted to refinance, and another one who wanted to buy a new duplex condo. Finally, I received five requests for Pre-approvals from Realtors.
It took me about two hours to process all these requests and send them to my pipeline. All were approved without exceptions.
I told you last time that this is a buyer's market, get out purchase or refinance, do not wait and do not believe those who say that lenders have stopped funding mortgages.
Everyday some investors make money, some lose money, it all balances out.
